Single family home up to 2,000 square feet - $375   

  • Every square foot over 2,000 square feet $.07 per square foot

          Example:  A 2,500 sqft house would price as follows:

                              2,500 sqft - 2,000 sqft = 500 sqft

                                          500 sqft x $.07 = $35

                                                $35 + $375 = $410

Water Purity Testing - $240/265

  • E.coli, Lead, Nitrite, Nitrate, and Turbidity 
  • 3 Day turnaround on test results
  • Tests cannot be done Friday - Satruday due to lab restrictions

   *required for a 5-point FHA loan or a VA loan*

ATTENTION: The lab testing service states that the water should not be run for 8 hours before the test, but not more than 18 for best results. I have to send the samples to a lab via overnight shipping because the samples only have a 30 hour hold time. Keep in mind that mail does not travel on the weekend or holidays and the lab does not analyze on weekends, so sending the samples on Friday-Sunday will not work. The turnaround time is the day the sample is received plus 3 days.

 

Radon Test - $130/150

ATTENTION: The radon testing canisters need to be placed on the lowest habitable floor of the house with windows and doors shut except for regular use. The canisters need to be in place for 48-96 hours, which requires the inspector to go back to the location more than once. Please arrange for this with your realtor/the seller ahead of time.

 

Septic Dye Test - $80/100
